I'm Klara, a therapeutic counsellor based in Liverpool. I work with adults, couples and individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, burnout, ADHD, depression, relationship pain and the quiet ache of life transitions.
With a BSc in Psychology (Honours) and full MBACP registration, I draw from CBT, Person Centred, Solution Focused and REWIND approaches meeting you where you are, not where a model says you should be.
My practice is trauma-informed, deeply inclusive, and built around safety. Therapy with me isn't about fixing you there is nothing about you that is broken. It's about understanding, processing, and quietly returning home to yourself.
ABOUT KLARA

Walk & Talk TherapySome conversations move better when our bodies do too.
Walking side-by-side beneath Liverpool's trees softens the intensity of a therapy room. Eye contact eases. Breath deepens. The body remembers it's safe — and the mind quietly follows. A grounded, mindful, deeply restorative way to do this work.

Therapy is deeply personal — these are glimpses, not scripts.
Working with Klara has changed my life. Before; I was in a constant battle with myself, not understanding my thoughts, feelings or actions and always on the edge. I was very much in a crisis the first time Klara and I spoke.
Klara was kind and patient, and the person that I had needed for a long time to help me navigate my experiences. Over time, I became more compassionate toward myself and started to put my own needs first. There was never any rush, Klara guided me but never pushed me to talk about anything that I wasn’t ready to talk about and regularly checked in on where we were.
As of right now I am thriving, rebuilding on previously struggling relationships and creating strong new ones. I don’t feel guilty for being my authentic self or looking after myself first. Klara, I can’t thank you enough for all of your support Klara!
-RebeccaExcellent care. I always felt comfortable and safe. I felt like there was such a level of trust that I could open up and say what I was feeling, I truly felt listened to and there was such compassion about my situation.
I always felt a sense of relief and unburden after our sessions and it helped me so much to relieve a-bit of the pressure I was carrying.
I have gained a sense of clarity about my grief and a feeling of unburden, being able to talk about my feelings was the best thing I could of done as its something I usually keep locked inside.
Thank you for everything Klara
